Our 2010 Conference Series Kicks off with Foundation Foundation uses well-tested methods of presentation and group process to help individuals contact their inner wisdom through meditation, reflection, journaling, and connection with others in an atmosphere of safety.
The great frontier of our time is the frontier of consciousness and the great question is how to live life as an artform which reflects our best and most authentic self. Awakened people aspire to be aware of what helps and hinders them in life’s journey.
Learn practical meditation techniques. Participants will have the chance to uncover profound gifts in their own life events and uncover surprising future paths and choices!
Create “writing starts” from common life themes, such as fatigue, fear of the unknown, and fulfillment.
Discover the power of group support. Participants learn techniques to strengthen their abilities to understand and face challenges.
